The Pavilion is a sheltered gathering area located near The Plunge and next to our screened in outdoor kitchen. It can be rented on its own or with the kitchen for family functions, reunions, company picnics and more. There is no maximum seating.

Our screened-in outdoor kitchen is located just behind the Pavilion and near some tent areas. It can be rented for an afternoon get together, to cook meals for a group of tenter's, or for a large groups in the Pavilion. It contains amenities such as a refrigerator, range, oven, 2 microwaves, sink, charcoal grill, service window to Pavillion, and tables and chairs to seat up to 20 people. Additional space is available in the Pavillion.

The Hangout is a larger facility that can accommodate seating up to 60 people. Great for families, high school reunions, celebrations, company picnics and more. The Hangout supplies a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, sink, and tables with chairs to seat 60 people. A/C - heat, rest room.

The Convention Center is a former skating rink, so it is one of our largest buildings. It is an air-conditioned, enclosed 90'x40' meeting hall with 2 kitchens, wooden floor, a fire place(decoration only) and restrooms. Great for craft shows, weddings, dances or weekly meetings. The entire building may be rented for larger groups, or it can be divided into 2 rooms for smaller groups. Seats up to 120 persons per section.

Shelters are for group gatherings and can accommodate seating for 30 people. These are open shelters. Great for outdoor meetings, birthday parties, or just getting together with friends for a BBQ. Size is 20'x20'.

• No alcohol is permitted in the buildings or common areas of the park. Quiet time is observed from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. except on event days. Instructions from the park host must be followed if the guest wishes to continue the use of the facilities.
• No refunds given for accommodations forfeited for disorderly conduct. Balance of reservation due at check in. A Deposit must accompany all reservations in order to confirm your reservation.
• Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance to recieve a refund. There is a cancellation fee of $20.
• Event Weekends – All park guest will be required to pay the gate price per person at Check in. Weekly guest will be required to pay the admission at the first of the month preceding the event.
• All buildings are NO SMOKING. Smoking in buildings will result in a charge of $200 for cleaning.
