Jan. 6-7, 2006	These are the dates for our Winter Jams. These are held indoors during the winter months. A potluck dinner is held Saturday evening, and we'll play "42" and card games while the musicians entertain us - bluegrass style.

March 30-31-April 1-2, 2006 Bluegrass Jamboree - This four-day bluegrass festival features top state and national bands performing on the Oakdale stage, plus some of the best informal jam session music spread throughout the tree-shaded park. Admission charged. May 12-13-14, 2006 - Dulcimer Festival - This festival is hosted by the Lone Star State Dulcimer Society. Stage show, workshops, arts & crafts fair, old-fashioned Square Dance on Saturday night, gospel music Sunday morning, and a liar's contest on Sunday afternoon. Free admission. May 19-20, 2006 - Bluegrass Picnic. Outdoor jam sessions throughout the park. Free admission. July 14-15, 2006 - Mays' Bluegrass Pickin' Under the Stars. Outdoor jam sessions. Stage show on Friday and Saturday nights. Free admission. Sept. 28, 29, 30, Oct. 1 - 2006 - Bluegrass Reunion -
